Gravitation 15. 747 Remarks: 10 years after seeing The Cure at the biggest stage at the Roskilde festival kent plays on the same stage and they actually get the backstage quarter next to The Cure that also play the festival this year. The joy after the gig however turns into sorrow as eight people are killed in the crowd in front of the same stage during Pearl Jams concert some hours later. A ninth person dies in the hospital some time later. The reason to this horrible accident was rain causing the ground to turn into slippery mud combined with too few safety fences in front of the stage separating the crowd. The Roskilde festival did a major investigation and has rebuilt the concert area totally adding multiple security features since then. |
